Once the digital currency (Diamonds, UC, etc.) is successfully delivered to the provided Game ID, the transaction is **Irreversible**.
The burden of accuracy lies with the user. If you provide an incorrect Game ID or Server ID and the top-up is processed successfully to that ID, no refund will be issued.
If your payment is confirmed but the items do not arrive within 24 hours, contact our support via WhatsApp. Verified failures will be eligible for a full refund or re-shipment within 7-10 working days.
